Solicitor / Associate - Corporate

As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate Team, based in either our Southampton or Bournemouth office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one, with exposure to a diverse client base that includes local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an 2-3 PQE solicitor to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of corporate matters, including:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.

About You:
We are looking for a solicitor with:

• 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience within corporate law.
• A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
