Solicitor - Residential Development

We are seeking a talented and driven Residential Development Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join our growing Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, strategic transactions for a diverse client base including house builders, developers, housing associations, and investors.

About the role:
You’ll be involved in a broad range of residential development work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of development land.
• Conditional contracts, overage agreements, and option agreements.
• Development finance arrangements.
• Site set-up and plot sales.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, strategic legal advice across all stages of the development lifecycle, working closely with clients to help them unlock value and navigate complex legal and commercial issues.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years PQE with solid experience in residential development or wider real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in the sector.
