Paralegal – Family Team (Winchester)

We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Paralegal to join our highly regarded Family Team in Winchester. About the Role

Working closely with our experienced Family lawyers, you will provide high‑quality support across a broad range of family law matters. Typical work will include:

• Assisting with case preparation across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting legal research and supporting the team with ongoing case progression
• Handling initial client enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other third parties
• Providing general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail‑focused, and able to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role (family law experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• A professional, client‑centred approach
• Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in developing a career within family law
