Trethowans LLP is seeking an experienced and organised Family Paralegal to join our highly regarded Family Team based in Salisbury. About the Role

Working alongside our specialist family lawyers, you will provide key support across a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents, court forms, statements, and correspondence
• Preparing bundles and assisting fee‑earners in case management and progression
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other third parties

About You

We are looking for someone confident, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal (private family law experience highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients during sensitive matters
• Excellent organisational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail
• Confidence working under pressure and managing competing priorities
• A discreet, empathetic, and client‑centred approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
